The disposal was humming, not draining right, and then started leaking under the sink. Pretty annoying. I called, got a quick response, and they set the visit without dragging it out. The technician showed up on time, looked over the unit, and got straight into it. No long speech. He explained the problem in normal words, said the jam had put extra strain on the motor, and checked the connections too. Mine is an InSinkErator, and he clearly knew what he was doing with that brand. He fixed the clog, handled the leak, tested everything, and made sure the sink was running normally again before leaving. What I liked most was how easy the whole Garbage Disposal repair service felt. Clean work, no mess left behind, no weird upselling. Just solid appliance repair from people who seem to do this all day. The price was fair for Denver, and the repair held up fine after the visit.
